Relates to privileged communications; exempts any privilege except the attorney-client privilege from pertaining in any civil or criminal litigation in which a child's neglect or abuse is in issue; prohibits a clergyman, priest or Christian Science practitioner from being examined without consent as a witness in litigation involving child neglect and abuse; relates to disclosure of a patients' information to a peace officer by a psychiatrist.

    Relates to health care subscription contracts; relates to coverage of prescription contraceptive methods approved by the Food and Drug Administration; provides that a health insurer is not liable to a subscriber of a religious employer for the exclusion of coverage of prescription contraceptive methods; defines a religious employer as a nonprofit religious corporation, society or educational institution whose religious tenets prohibit use of contraceptives.
